GTE is a multi-cooperative company encouraging farmers to produce high quality green leaves by giving the best price of their products and also developed HOME STAY at farmer house under “Tea and Tourism”. GTE provides cash contribution of 1.5 million every year to all of its three cooperatives beyond that additional Market bonus. It is supporting 280 farmers household and always works to develop the livelihood of the farmers.
GTE provides Internal Control System (ICS) training to it’s farmers through IMO and the Inspection for going organic is held every year.

Supporting 3 different Co–operatives: Eco Kolbung cooperative, Sunderpani
cooperative, Boudhham cooperative. Providing field staff to each cooperative.

- Benefiting 280 household small growers and providing cattle (cows).
- Distributing Drums, Spray machines free of cost to each household.
- Farmers’ getting high prices for green leaves 100% more than the Market value.
- Constructing cowsheds and providing Biogas Facilities to its cooperative farmers.
- Providing Training and Technical support to the farmers free of cost.
- Distributing the market bonuses received from the buyers directly to the related cooperatives.
- Insurance of one lakh is provided to all staff and their family members.
- Distributed Drums, Spray machines free of cost to each household.
- Scholarship to the employee’s children till Secondary school.
- Highly protective gear for Garden Pluckers.
- Transportation facility to co-operatives to transfer the fresh tea leaves.
